My general research interest is in combinatorics with particular emphasis in graph theory, coding theory and matroids. My current research uses algebraic techniques to answer graph theoretical and combinatorial problems. Previously, I have worked on modelling a virus disease, optimal transportation problems, symmetry breaking in graphs and matroids and on G-graphs which like Cayley graphs are graphs from groups. My PhD research is on two related themes; the k-independence number of a graph and graph toughness. Going forward, I plan to explore further relations between graphs and coding theory. I am also interested in interdisciplinary research where one can apply graph theory in studying social justice-related topics. I have a number of research proposals in that regard, you can link up for possible collaborations.
